Emergency Meeting
Meeting Minutes – Hanson Town Hall
March 15, 2010 – 5:00 p.m.
Members Present: James A. Egan, Christopher Colclough, Donald Howard
Members Absent: James Armstrong, Stephen Amico,
Others Present: Rene’ J. Read, Town Administrator and Meredith Marini, Executive Assistant
5:00 p.m. Chairman Egan called the meeting to order.
Item I Declare a State of Emergency – Mr. Read informed the Board that he met with the Public Safety officials earlier in the day due to flooding throughout the town requiring road closures. Highway Surveyor Richard Harris indicated that situation warrants the declaration of a State of Emergency. Mr. Read also indicated that the Governor had declared a State of Emergency for the State.
MOTION by Colclough, second by Howard to declare a State of Emergency. Voted 3 – 0.
MOTION by Colclough, second by Howard to adjourn. Voted 3 – 0.
